The Organization has its main office in the Shizuoka Prefecture Volunteer Association Building on the 2nd floor of the Shizuoka Prefecture General Social Welfare Hall, at 1-70 Sunpu-cho, Aoi-ku, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka, JAPAN.

In addition, the Organization has another office at Aino Meena Street-1, 11th District, Kandahar City, Kandahar, Afghanistan.


Support for the rehabilitation of Afghanistan in the portion of (Health & Education).


  • To take part in the rehabilitation of the war-broken country of Afghanistan through medical activities and education of the children,
  • To implement the Basic Package of Health Services for Afghanistan,
  • Diagnosing and Treating the patients with honesty and respect,
  • Promoting of public health and nutrition educations,
  • Supporting and supervising health posts in the area,
  • Supporting schools for establishment and operation of the school health management system.


  • In principle, the Basic Package of Health Services will be provided free of charge for diagnostic services and treatment,
  • Providing the Basic Services in good-quality and manner,
  • Being transparent and accountable for management of the Organization.

Objective and Scope of the Activities:

The Afghanistan is one of the countries in the world that has the lowest literacy rate and school enrollment percentage, but the mortality rate of children and mothers is so highest in the world. In order for eliminating these shortcomings, the Organization has also tried to help Afghans in these two portion (Health & Education) to the best of its ability. The Organization was established on April 1, 2002, in Shizuoka, JAPAN under the leadership of Professor Dr. Khaled Reshad and has officially started practically working in Afghanistan since July of the same year. The HQ of the Organization is in JAPAN and its national branch (office)and clinic are in Kandahar City, Afghanistan. If the conditions and possibilities allow, we will open or activate branches, clinics, and schools as well in other regions of the country.
